RAMAUTAR GROUP was started by Late Shri Ramjivanji Darak in 1961 in the name of “Ramautar Textiles”.

Shri Ramjivanji Darak was the man of Integrity and had a well defined vision in mind, the mission to create a brand loyalty nationally as well as globally. With the support of Associates, Distributors, and Customers that mission has taken the form of the Shree Mahesh Group & Darak Group. Late Shri Ramjivanji Darak was a man of great stature. He was an industrious person, devoted and dedicated to his vision. He seeds out with a small textile plants sampling which has now turned in to a huge tree bearing fruits.

Today, the group has wide distribution network with branches spread across Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Delhi, Kolkata, Rajkot, Jetpur, and Pali-Marwar. In Bhiwandi (Mumbai), it has a grey manufacturing unit, while in Pali, it manufactures Spun, Synthetic Sarees, Synthetic, Cotton Sarees, Blouse pieces, and Dress Materials etc. and in Rajkot & Jetpur, Ramautar Textiles manufactures Cotton Sarees & Suits.

These branches are growing from strength to strength with time and benefiting the business community at large. It Is indeed creditable that despite changing times Ramautar Textiles have always been quality focus and design centric. It is believed that in today`s business world, one can make a presence felt by contributing 100% in terms of effort, quality management and over all good business relations. The group is sophisticated in terms of technical and financial strength. After the sudden demise of Late Shri Ramjivanji Darak, business is being looked after by his sons Ramkishor, Ramautar, Kailash Darak.
